As a young professional, it was exciting to be at such a large hospital and gain tons of exposure to pretty much every health specialty, ailment, and procedure possible. Because of my time at MVH, I feel that I've gained skills and experience that surpass most of my peers in the same stage of their career.

High workload due to high turnover and burnout among staff. It seems that the higher ups at the company are more interested in doing glossy PR events and providing everyone with gift cards and luncheons for picking up extra shifts than they are in getting to the root of the issue. Can feel very discouraging at times.
