Before you consider accepting a job with this employer - ask about the “new and improved” performance review process...everyone is given a flat rate increase - does not cover the cost of living and you will end up with less take home pay at the beginning of the year due to the rapid increase in health insurance costs (the increase in insurance can outweigh the pittance of an annual increase. They promised improvements - in August they will “award an additional pay increase” to those “deserving”individuals - All others are lumped in with the non-performing staff members that no one will address performance issues. Definitely a moral crusher and no incentive to do any more than the minimum amount of work.
