Great mission and many really smart people that truly want to make a difference in healthcare. Typically good work-life balance and collegial culture, depending on the business unit. Transparency from executive team has improved, and significant effort into instilling growth mindset values into organizational culture has paid off.

The company wants to be a healthcare technology company, but its revenue has historically been driven by hospital supply chain. Many strategic and organizational challenges transitioning from the latter to the former, including organizational silos, bureaucracy, and an entrenched way of doing business. Current strategy has been producing declining revenues, but the company is slow to adapt and invest in growth areas, resulting in misaligned internal resources. Several rounds of RIFs have impacted morale.

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
