There are some good hotel brands within the organization, but all lower-tier.

They sell themselves as being above-board & ethical, however, nothing could be further from the truth. This is a scary group of people leading the organization. There's only a handful of employees in their "corporate office"...the corporate office is a ramshackle room located upstairs over a bar in downtown Farmington, Missouri. The 2 owners & one wife are shady, the books are shady & their "clientele" is shady. They claim to want to grow & improve, however, they are in a constant state of "robbing from Peter to pay Paul" w/ their finances so much so, that there are bill collectors who call the hotel properties directly looking for money...as well as other "characters" looking for money. They do not believe in time-off, vacations, breaks, or lunch/dinner breaks. They don't' promote from within - when a person in management leaves their position, they force hourly employees to do the management tasks w/out being promoted, trained or experienced.

Corporate office staff is helpful

Middle management fails to fully train. Advice given to you so that you do not surpass them. (At least in my situation)
