This company makes your job role very skeptical. The primary job role get varied by different other works needed not only for once but for always. They allocate job of other heads to one. Also the incentive is lucrative but it's unimaginable to get, due to poor incentive brackets. Even in other organisation, we get per vehicle incentive but here , we do all the work in delivery process but incentive is Zero. Working hours is 10hrs plus, which is again against the law. The best thing here people join to learn and bring business but the management only want business and hence, they fire people out of the company in span of 2-3 months. So , if you want to do a time pass for some months then it's good for you. They play with staff/ employees career. They fire suddenly without notice and it's very difficult for a sole bread winner of a family to manage. If you know politics, you can survive.. I worked in many companies but never saw as miserable condition like this anywhere else. If u still don't trust my words. Please do join and see the results. All the best..
