This is an upcoming start up for aspiring consultants. Consulting interviews can be challenging but the platform provides such a diverse platform for practicing cases that not coming from a traditional business school is not really a huge issue anymore. Great founders and people who work at the company. Extremely smart and most have worked at top management consulting firms such as Bain and BCG.

Was great to work with them! - Great culture: Open and honest. Everyone from CEO to intern is treated equally - Mario Kart, Kölsch, and great selection of breakfast cereal

- You don't want to go back home - You miss the people and the place a lot when you ARE forced to - On a serious note, no cons if you are interested in the industry and the business. I heartily recommend this as a place to work!
