Staff is lethargic and have very little if any morale left. - No raises, ever - No incentives - ESPP is terrible because the company is barely competitive in the market(s) they target - Company travel policy requires you stay in the same hotel room as another co-worker unless you're VP or C-level (what?!). - Nepotism... everywhere - Software is unoriginal, barely functional, and technical services are poor and add no value - Help desk is an ironic joke - Disorganized at every level - Honest communication and feedback to senior management is discouraged and often punished, whether positive or negative.
