Bad managment,constantly understaffed(a lot of times felt like on purpose,so manager could get their bonus).A lot of favorisms and personal dislikes towards staff.I you will fall in dislike category,depends on how much the manager dislike you-you will get your bonus cut over smallest mistakes,constantly put on worse rota shifts,never expect to get promotion,regulary get notes of concern,even when you fall ill often,but you get sick sooner or later from all amount of work and pressure you are constantly under,because you are understaffed.
