My time with Pret was fine until I was let go as part of the COVID layoffs. That process felt impersonal and I didn’t feel like my time or contributions were valued (it was a 15 minute conversation). There were no follow ups afterwards either. Otherwise, before then, I felt supported by my team and enjoyed the people I worked with.
