Whatever you do is not enough, they lie about giving decent pay rises, everyday they demand more from managers while sticking two fingers up in their face, no work life balance, the contract says 42 hours minimum but you always end up having to work more than 50 hours a week, head office always make mistakes that they expect shop managers to fix for them, they pressure shops to stock products that don’t sell and then complain about the amount of waste, shops are dirty dus to understaffing
