The management is made up of friends, girlfriends and in-laws of the owner who have 0 management skills. However the worst thing about this company is the open and obvious bullying which goes on at the hands of these in-experienced "managers" which unfortunately cannot be stopped no matter how many complaints are put in. Unfortunately this small percentage of the staff make it a very difficult environment to work and succeed in as you will only get progression of you fit in with this crowd. It's such a shame as majority of the staff are really lovely.
Nothing is kept confidential either when complaints are made which then leads to further bullying and even people being sacked or pushed out the company.
