Not many. They do have a good initial training that lasts two weeks and that instructor I had was good. But the company does not use the training at it's work site.

The company was interested in making the sale even if it was ripping off the customer. I don't think the owners necessarily wanted this but the pressure to make the sale was at the cost of the customer experience. Also it was a unpleasant place to work. Most of the other workers were really unhappy which made the work environment bad. I suggest you stay away from this place.
