Good people, nice and friendly

Pay is pretty bad, does not pay for ca/cpa if your an accountant with them

Salary is always dispensed on time. There is also a self-development fund that employees can tap into for upgrading of skillset etc.

In particular the manager I was reporting to is inexperienced, unfortunately she had no relevant experience when she was hired. This resulted in a complete lack of direction and strategy for the team. Additionally it would a huge misconception to expect professional growth. You just can’t learn anything under her leadership (or lack thereof)
