Primaira has a well-stocked prototype fab shop and will invest in whatever tools are needed to make fast progress. Pay was fair for the area and amount of experience.

It's a small company, so interpersonal dynamics can have big consequences when personalities clash. There were shouting matches between employees or managers every couple weeks.
