The management is top-notch and sincerely cares about the employees as people with real lives. It is nice that there is an option for remote work and opportunities for growth. The work as a business analyst was interesting.

Some of the work can be repetitive. If it ever feels that way, I would recommend stretching yourself and talking to your manager about how to expand your job responsibilities. There is definitely upward mobility.

There already has been much discussion on this site concerning the PTO policy, matched 401k, etc. However, I do not think enough is said concerning the remote work. I personally despise traffic and would probably murder my fellow travelers were I forced to do so for the entirety of my years in the workforce. By working remotely I am able to spend that time which would have been lost in traffic on things which matter to me most, such as staying near my young family. Alongside this is the reduction of wear and tear on our vehicles meaning lower mileages, less oil changes/repairs, and a higher vehicle value over time. There is even the savings on insurance as you can set your premiums to match the lower miles driven. Being at home you are there for any emergencies which might pop up, and, as has been stated, the company time off policy is lenient enough for you to be able to address these situations as they arise.

Micromanagement has always been a pet peeve of mine. I can understand why it occurs as many in a remote environment can find it difficult to dedicate the proper time to working on projects while ignoring the distractions around home. However, for those reading this review please understand it is not a constant micromanagement and that this is an especially high, personal annoyance of mine.
