I’ve gained a lot of additional knowledge in coding and billing, and I appreciate having the tools and resources available to do my job accurately and in compliance. Management is very helpful and attentive, and they are always willing to step in when questions or issues come up. The leadership team is approachable, and it’s an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and learning without feeling discouraged.

Like most healthcare environments, there can be busy periods, but management is responsive when support is needed.
