This company has lots and lots of cons:
- Working hours are from 7:55 to 5:00. if your late, you will get fired.
- No Sick, Personal, or emergency days. you will only get 2 weeks per year.
- Cameras are everywhere. They need to know your always working.
- No 15 minutes break time. you will get 1 hour lunch (non paid) between 11:30 and 1:30. if you missed your lunch for whatever reason, you cannot go out, and still have to work till 5.
- Strictly you cannot work remotely from home.
- if company had a bad sales day, everyone is in trouble. and if it was really bad you will get laid off (or fired for whatever reason)
- you will not feel stable working at this company. I have worked for about a year and everyday I was worried to get laid off.
- Poor management without any management skill what so ever. Managers will throw you under the bus as soon as you make any mistake.
- Company is not loyal to their employees, even if you work really hard.
- There is no business structure, if CEO wants something done, it will to get done. your work will get interrupted a couple of times every week.
- Very high turnover. too many people come and leave.
- dont get creative because that does not matter.
- and much much more, so my advice is just stay away from this company.
