I cannot think of anything

Horrendous management by team leads, blame game and have no guts to own their mistakes; senior writers have no acumen to interpret results appropriately from scientific data; cannot even give proper brief or client specifications to new writers; below average UK work team and they are bullies; extreme discrimination towards US employees; very hostile ambience that induces unnecessary stress and team members are very error prone. I can go on and on and on....... you take up a writer position here, you are entering a high pressure ambience. The team I was in, freelancers used to give senior feedback as their own senior writers did not have the ability to provide a good feedback. Anything difficult is handed over to freelancers. I really do not know how the client is giving them contract. Once I had this great opportunity to take over some senior writer authored manuscript. God, it was B...S..., the references were wrong for each line in the introduction, methods were missing and results section was literally 3/4 th of a page! One of the reviewers trashed their work saying the citations were completely wrong for pretty much every line of the introduction. I wonder why the client has not fired them! Please clients and potential employees consider all the reviews posted, everyone leaving their feedback on this forum cannot be biased!
