Constant confusion and mixed messages. No clear structure or real training — you’re just thrown in and told to “build your business.” Overhyped promises that don’t match reality. Pay structure feels like a guessing game. Communication is awful, especially when it comes to getting your money back or any kind of follow-up. Too much pressure to recruit instead of actually helping clients.
