- Company will cycle through candidates in roles like a Rolodex. While I was there for a year, saw multiple roles swap through 2 or more candidates who were there for a few months. Reality is, if they don't like you, they will let you go, no questions asked. - I was performing well, had great reviews from my manager and the CEO themselves telling me I was doing wonderful. Then one day, without any notice or negative notes, they let me go along with several others without any notice. - Upper management has no diversity. - Poor communication throughout the company. - Company has no set direction or strategy for their retail department. There is no willingness from the upper management to change their ways or processes to fit the needs of retail. - C-level class is too involved with day-to-day.
