You will be laid off. It's not a matter of if, it's when. Several people all the way up to the c-executive team have either quit, laid off, or been fired and it's been rampant in the past 6 months leaving a lot of extra work for those in lower positions or empty promotions to roles for people who were just laid off. Do not think you're invulnerable as any day could be your last here. The culture, community, and benefits are all irrelevant if you end up losing your job over "corporate restructuring" or some other mythical reason they will put behind for why you're being let go. It's rarely ever in relation to performance as mine has been stellar between all the managers I've had (which I've gone through 3 different changes of manager in a years time due to the same issues I've been citing). I don't believe this company will succeed with the way they're going and clearly they have been suffering some serious issues for quite some time now hence all of these layoffs. Conveniently they do all of this before raises take effect so they no longer have to pay anybody anything different from what they're getting which is already lower than market value for your position, and raise amounts do not even match inflation nor is there a bonus for all of your hard work with little to no growth. Take my advice and others who have reviewed and STAY AWAY.
