No cons come to mind.

The staff are friendly and easy to get along with.

1. unsociable breaks due to lack of staff so on your break you are sat alone like you're in a prison. 2. Management is rude and can't manage themselves, let alone an office. 3. Management gives you minimal training, and if you make a mistake, they huff and puff, belittling you. As well as swear at you. 4. Said management also intimidates staff by threatening to potentially sack them.
