There are no raises, there is no advancement unless you are friends with superiors who are higher up that can get you a position. This is the biggest gaslighting company I've ever worked for they tell you one thing and completely do the opposite. This is an extremely stressful position for very little pay. Half the time nobody does the job right. Training for this position should be anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks if not longer you're lucky you get two weeks they throw you on on the floor and it's either sink or swim. When you do call in to get assistance to what they call a lead line you are treated like you are an imbecile and half the time they don't even know what they're doing. It's literally the blind leading the blind here.

Work from home. Decent pay. Enough lip service to being a team and a family to temporarily convince you that you are more than another cog in the wheel.

Constant system issues. Poorly written word salad of procedures to follow. A trainer who brags about making the procedures hard to understand. Managers who are less qualified than you and will not help you in any meaningful way. Inconsistent QA.
