When I started the training seems to be good. But I was not getting enough support from my manager. Had some reviews in the first few months but was never asked how can we help you. There was a girl who started together with me and made some mistakes and she got away with it. The manager had apparently people who were his favourites and gave them quickly a contract before someone could brush them away. This manager started with too many changes he changed the whole structure. He is a very quite man not very supportive. To serve Europe you need to have people who know the culture of the countries they are serving this will be the downfall of this company. The service to the customers is not great.
