Really great team who genuinely tries to do team building and make the company a well oiled unit. There’s lots of random bonuses just for hitting marks. This might not seem like a big deal but so many companies refuse to recognize ALL employees efforts. So to me this is greatly appreciated. The had amazing benefits when I was there and it’s a laid back atmosphere on the floor. Everyone is very friendly. Nice break room and Christmas parties.

Some of shifts can be long, but they make up for it in pay.

Laid back atmosphere, you can leave to grab something to eat, employees are decent people, shift hours are great, don't have to work weekends.

They don't know what they are doing. I was let go because my production numbers weren't high enough. They weren't high enough because they moved me from machine to machine and never gave me the opportunity to get good at one of them. The supervisors treat you like you are an idiot if something goes wrong on your machine. There's never overtime available. The safety program is barely existent, and when you bring a safety concern to their attention, nothing gets done about it.
