Far too many to list beginning with unqualified 20-somethings promoted from tech to VPs with no knowledge of or experience how to run a business; remember playing house when you were six? Zero training for anyone, hired and thrown to the wolves. Any training you get is half-assed, outdated or flat out wrong. So you’re doing it wrong for weeks or months and no one tells you until you find out by mistake. Management expects you to do your job, his job, her job, their job, help customers, and get all work completed by 5pm. Not enough hours in the week to do what they expect in an 8 hour shift. Let’s not even talk about the irate customers yelling or cursing at us. Company is a joke from top to bottom. Has amazing potential but current employees from owner to garbage man needs to be fired and replaced with new, better trained staff.
