There is also a noticeable expectation to accept decisions around salary and workload without much room for conversation, which can feel limiting. If you are considering joining, it is worth looking into the experiences of former employees, as feedback is often not very positive. High employee turnover is another concern, making it difficult to build stability or long term professional relationships. You can consider the time spent in this company as a life lesson where you learn patience and gain exposure to corporate life. When attending interviews, make sure to ask as many questions as possible about work culture and anything else you want to clarify. The experience you gain here will stay with you for a long time and may even haunt you.
