awesome workplace management extremely helpful never felt on own patient care was primary focus very flexible work day great job over all

not much cons to speak of except paper work galore as is the same with all home health agency registered nurse case manager positions

HEARD they have good payrates, and also good cases/patients. Otherwise I haven't experienced any pros because of all of the cons.

VERY unorganized, staff is untimely, nonchalant, they get back to you if, and when they feel like it. You waste time going in to apply and taking their test, and again a full day at orientation which is unpaid. So far it has been nothing but a total waste.
