Let me start by saying thank you for the over 1/2 decade of service you have given to Priority Wire & Cable...that should be celebrated. Additionally, it's amazing to see that you have no cons to list regarding what we are focused on as a company...what a positive message. The fact that you recognize the leadership team that's been put in place tells a lot about how their caring trickles to all levels of the company. Moreover, it's great to know you see the value in our benefits and compensation plans. You mention the profit share plan, and again the 15% allocated annually by the company is truly unprecedented in our industry, or otherwise. We will absolutely take your advice and not change our focus on "investing in people and the culture that makes Priority Wire & Cable a great place to work"...I couldn't have said it better myself.
