It means a lot to see you describing the programs the company works hard on every day to make a positive impact on our workforce. It's likewise encouraging that you really have no cons to speak of and understand that company dynamics can be fluid. Finally, I really appreciate your advice to management, and we largely agree. We constantly look to build upon our current internal hiring practice to get better. Additionally, everyone does learn differently and we will continue to have methods that can meet our workforce where they learn best.
