The pros that you mentioned around pay, benefits, training, promotions and work/life balance are critical to the company and I couldn't be happier to see that they likewise align with your priorities. You did mention a con being co-workers being difficult at times. I'm confident we all face that occasionally, however, I have always found that open communication with them usually works best in resolving any tensions that might exist.       I just hit 3 years, and I can say there is a strong culture built around safety and doing things the right way. It’s not just talked about — it’s expected and supported. Leadership is accessible, and if you’re willing to step up, there are real opportunities to grow and make an impact. The company continues to invest in processes, training, and improvements across locations.

I'm happy you see value in having an approachable leadership team and that growth and chances to make a true impact are seen, not just talked about. I understand challenges and opportunities to improve are real, and our growth and maturity as a company gives us chances to be better each day...we certainly cherish innovation and the results that come from it!
