Prism Client Solutions is an outstanding company that provides real opportunities to its team members and provides support at every available opportunity. Everyone is very team-focused and extremely friendly, and there is a well-established culture around supporting others and doing whatever you can for your team to help everyone grow. Working with everyone there was a lot of fun, and even despite the heavy Covid-19 restrictions, there is such an enjoyable atmosphere among the team during meetings. Progression opportunities are excellent within this company, and they are available to anyone who can show outstanding performance, regardless of your prior experience in sales. Management is extremely supportive and focused on bringing as much value as possible to all team members. When I began at Prism, I couldn't believe how positive and supportive an executive team could be - it is not unusual to be contacted by the director for a friendly chat to see how you are doing and what he can do to help! They also looked after us throughout lockdowns and I commend their focus on looking after their own. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an opportunity in direct sales!

I've worked at Prism for almost 3 months now and it is by far the best employer that I have had the privilege to work for! Not only is the team incredibly friendly and supportive, which makes everyday better; the company's culture is incredibly progressive in the sense that individuality is encouraged as the executives recognise the strength in having a diverse team in order to successfully reach and exceed set targets. The executives actively try to create a fun work environment and that can be seen in the activities that they frequently organise for the team outside of work, which also encourages team bonding and socialising. All in all, this company values its team.

At such an energetic work place it can sometimes feel a bit loud and chaotic.
