The constant swing from this to that without a clearly thought out vision leaves teams with large workloads that are ever changing and is burning people out. Approval for anything is bottlenecked and slow. They track your productivity via a tool on your computer vs. doing true performance management. Company culture has tanked over the years with little to no company/team events allowed.
