-nature of the role is interesting

essentially, every two to three months, 5 to 8 professionals are hired into what they call the "draft". the function of this draft is twofold. 1. farm as many leads as possible while overworking these professionals (expecting 150 calls + a day without any spare time to source leads) 2. to highjack commissions. in my case, 3 people from the draft who were about to close deals were unceremoniously fired on the same day, ostensibly for not talking to enough people... it would be interesting to see where those commissions would've gone. this practice seems highly immoral even though the company is protected by the laws around summary dismissal during probation. would avoid for this reason. especially if you're hoping for a long and fulfilling career in a new role. to list other potential problems: -training is robotic -no focus on USPs -all they want you to do it make as many calls as possible -no sense that the product is in any way beneficial to the customers -management is callous and exploitative -no communication between senior leadership and new employees -KPIs are not uniform -unrealistic expectations

Great culture, Head of sales is really good and has good training- also gives lots of time to people which is good as he is still very busy. Nice office, Good salary, Some big earners, Nice people, Draft works well, Low pressure for sales. Growing company in payments and account solutions.

Svantaggi

CRM is awful and slow- not optimal but could be easily fixed. Low call stats/targets- lets some people be lazy (Hard with the slow CRM) Although the draft works well sometimes things don’t go the right way due to luck- They do give extensions etc so not a problem if you are good...
