People on production and QA are decent people and will always be friendly Pay is decent if you are looking for a short term job Benefits are good

Mangement will yell and demean people when they don’t get their way Raises are abysmal Lie about promotions Your job is not safe if you’ve been there for more than a year They say they care about you but they really don’t if it lines the upper management’s wallets Not a small mom and pop kind of company full corporate Stress and Depression may be involved if you do your best (YOU WILL BE OVERLOADED WITH WORK FROM LAZY MANGEMENT) Mangement thinks it’s fun to joke about other people behind their backs and talk crap. I’ve heard plenty of stuff when I was minding my own business on breaks
