I have worked for Pro for nearly 2 years now and can honestly say I truly enjoy my job. A welcoming workplace with colleagues I consider friends doing a job I find rewarding. I have a manager who encourages my growth and further learning, resulting in me soon taking the LM1 exam and extending my qualifications. As a university graduate Pro has given me the opportunity to use my analytical skills gained in my degree in a fulfilling way.

Pro should encourage more engagement within teams, as although I am with a team who speaks daily I am aware this is not always the case. Something that is extremely beneficial with us hybrid working.
