Fun work environment great coworkers room for growth within company

There can be long hours

The company is small and some of the diagnostic platforms have not only amazing market potential, but the potential to make a real difference in healthcare diagnostics. There is a lot of freedom to make of the job what you want.

The management is awful. The CEO is moody, swings between extreme micromanagement and total absence, is unpredictable, and money-driven, with very questionable ethics. Employees are exploited, expected to work unrealistic schedules without compensation, and discarded on a whim. The total lack of transparency in scientific decisions is scary.
