I am not responsible of the string of ''fake review'' posted by former employees, as far as I am concerned, I did post only one message (which for me was enough to warn potential futur candidates about this company). I am also surprised that he did not say that I was also involved in the bad reviews posted in 2016....Denigrating people and making them pass for what they are not is much easier than doing one's self-examination and calling oneself into question... And as talking about ''fake review'' I would like to add that answers posted on the 18th April, by the MD, talk about training programs that new employees have never seen... Anyone in this company did spend one hour per day coaching me or even any other new employees. What is counter productive in this company is the lack of interest for the employees, for the customers, and the behaiour of the MD, so rude, and a marvellous storyteller.

Our responses to some previous reviews doubted their authenticity and asserting that a dismissed employee was creating bogus accounts and writing bogus reviews. You are now arguing that this isn't true, by creating a bogus account and writing a bogus review? Glassdoor's terms state that "individuals contribute no more than one company review, interview review, or salary details of a current or former job per year", therefore you would have created a bogus account in order to post this review. I believe what you are writing speaks louder about yourself than about our company. I suspect you perhaps didn't think this through.

What seems to be a nice company to work for will progressively become a nightmare when you become the MD scapegoat.

× Lack or company culture/spirit, no team building at all × Sense of initiatives completely detered and high pressure is put on employees even to process the simplest task × Lack of training or transparency and conflicting information provided by the MD × High employee turnover, seen 5 people forced to resigned or sent home for the whole time of my 8 month of employment at Pro Servo. × No career development possible within Pro Servo structure.

All what has been written in the previous reviews is sadly true No training at all, you can in some colleagues trying to help you out, safe than been told off by the manager for doing it. Constant psycological bullying, and you have no one to turn out for help as the owner is also the only manager, personal attaks with inappropriate comment on your nature and way of being Irrealistic targets The manager will create a competitive environment and support employees which play unfair games Unrealistic target Dubious sales techniques which will lead to lot of customer complaints In 3 month at the company I saw 4 people resigning because the unbelievably unplesant atmosphere in the office, add them to those of the previouse reviews and you have an idea.

Thank you for your review. I would hazard a guess that you are the person who failed probation last week. Allow me to clarify a few points. Training: we offer a full training plan that covers Skills, Productivity and Mindset. We provide training materials and unlimited mentoring up to the 1st 6 months. One of the reasons you didn't pass probation is that you were neither receptive nor responsive to the training and your colleagues were constantly having to solve issues that you created. Customer complaints: when we receive customer complaints we deal with them in a timely and professional manner as we value our long term customer relationships. However staff should not cause serious complaints deliberately, especially if on probation. Another reason why you were let go is that you shouted at and insulted a very good customer of ours last week, so perhaps if customer complaints shock you, you should not cause any. I am baffled by the comment about "psychological bullying" as another of the reasons you failed probation (3 months early I should add) is that many of the staff felt undermined by you on a daily basis. The fact that you have been let go is testament to the fact that we value harmony in our team and you were a disruptive influence. I trust this also answers your comment regarding unpleasant atmosphere, as of this week we are already noticing a marked improvement since you are no longer with us. Unrealistic /irrealistic targets: You never had any sales targets at Pro Servo. Staff on probation have no targets other than learning the job and settling into the environment. This covers at least the 1st 6 months and can extend beyond that, if a new sales team member needs more time to gain confidence and momentum. The majority of our trained sales staff double their targets figures on a regular basis. I understand that for those who make bogus claims about their abilities the post probation targets may seem unrealistic but it's a business and we can't lower the bar of competence willy nilly. Dubious sales techniques: Our only sales technique is sending quotes at great prices and lead times that we respect religiously. I understand that you may want to take revenge by making false accusations but our long standing relationships with the best names in manufacturing and our constant year on year growth say otherwise. Internal competitive environment: again, one of the reasons why you were let go is because YOU were competing with senior colleagues who had actual sales targets to reach, instead of cultivating your own customer portfolio like you were asked to do. This was in contravention of our internal Web Enquiry Fairness Policy and our Lead and Customer Allocation Programme which are measures we put in place precisely to prevent internal competition. Allow me to make further comments since you have also given us one star regarding the following: Work-life balance: we work monday to friday and all of our staff (post probation) are on flexi time. Culture and values: Among the numerous culture and values initiatives that we offer on an ongoing basis, in October you partecipated to a Company Values and Vision workshop paid for by the company and this month you partecipated to a Personal Enablement workshop led by a world class coach to help our staff to maintain balance in their lives outside of work and you also benefitted from a 1 to 1 session with the coach after the workshop. All paid for by the company. Again the fact that you have been let go is testament that we will not let our values be undermined so easily. Career opportunities: the job you had within the sales team, offers a pretty much guaranteed promotion to account manager after the required competence level has been acquired. This is a growing company and there are career opportunities for all and at all levels. This doesn't mean we would put (or keep) the wrong person in any job. Comp and benefits: as I said previously, the job you had (BDSS) is a fast track to Account Manager, which gives the opportunity to double your salary. Other benefits are too many to list in full but include flexi time (previously mentioned); an incentive scheme that allows you to earn up to 12 extra days' holiday per year; free spectacles; childcare vouchers and holiday purchase amongst others. I trust the above clarification suffices. Please understand that this is a business and precisely because we offer plenty of incentives and a GREAT office atmosphere that we cannot continue a working relationship with someone who isn't willing to meet the competence and conduct expectations. We have something precious here and if you are not willing to take care of it like a valued member of the team, then we need to part ways. Nevertheless we all hope you find suitable employment that is compatible with your persona soon.
