7 x 24 on-call by boss...and boss sees kind but indeed is a very nervous and harsh, low pay

Supportive and friendly director and willing to listen, management is very open-minded to suggestions about new ideas and policy improvement, given empowerment to make decisions and initiate changes, cares about employees well-being and health

The office location is quite far from my home
