      Pay at one time was good

      Management starts the day by threatening their workers over safety. Their whole goal is to intimidate, threaten, and harass its employees. Your employment is good only as long as you can cower and grabble. Then you are dismissed. Nearly everyone meets this demise, it is only when. Nothing is ever good enough, more, and more, and more., if you get hurt, you're fired. Career opportunities based on age, the younger you are, the more chance of advancement. Work everyday of your life, forced overtime, all for them. No private life for you.

      Most employees were very friendly, with my direct co-workers on my team being exceptionally kind. Working 100% remote in corporate could be very beneficial for many.

      The company as a whole seems pretty disorganized, as their business model seems to mostly be "do it now and fix it later" approach under a fast paced environment. PTO was especially bad, even for corporate employees. Longevity seemed disingenuous, as layoffs and firings were more prevalent than they mentioned. There's miscommunication from leadership and oftentimes, there seemed to be a great deal of unresolved internal conflict that trickles down.
