Very salesly culture where heavy drinking is encouraged. Transaction approach to selling and getting new business and were quick to blame others for poor results. High turnover of staff!

None, the company is somewhat of a scam for graduates.

I and several others applied for grad positions with Proforce, completed a two-hour group interview, and were told we were successful with placements to follow. Two months on, there has been no placement, no follow-up, and no response despite repeated contact. I am concerned Proforce may be collecting candidate data without genuine intention to follow through.
