Great all round environment to work for and in.

I did not know enough about video editing to hold the position.

Good camaraderie, great people for the most part.

Management is very closed minded. Company is run like a major corporation, not in a good way. Major titles, VP of this VP of that. Pushes product out too fast. Changes sales structure all the time.
