The only benefits are remnants of the company they bought, not anything ProMach itself brings to the table. The nice and comfortable facilities that ProMach doesn't own are nice to work in. The benefits that predate the ProMach acquisition are excellent, but there's no guarantee those will last as more and more of the company turns over.

I've never worked at a company more lost in it's own processes and bureaucracy. The moment a company sells to this accounting firm they are hooked up to ProMach's one size fits all way of doing things led by the leanest (IE cheapest) team imaginable. In my time there I witnessed absolutely astounding levels of incompetence from the corporate leadership level. These people don't understand the kinds of companies they buy and have no interest in doing so since the corporate management is incentivized differently than the ones actually in the trenches (short term gains versus long term stability). ProMach has absolutely crushed the moral, retention, and quality of life of most of the employees left since their acquisition. The turn over since the acquisition has been worse than the last twenty years combined. Many position go unfilled thanks to the efficiency of ProMach's processes. Don't expect this place to change, unless your name is 'Share Holder' your voice is muted and completely ignored.
