Okay pay, but no bonus program for the money you make them

They eliminate good people because they can’t have a direct conversation. If you like a job where you receive little feedback about your performance, bring in more money for them monthly, and getting let go with no explanation whatsoever, this is the place for you. Don’t get sucked in by senior management pretending to care about you and saying your numbers look really good and you’re doing a good job because it won’t matter, you will never know when they feel it is time to let you go without cause just because they feel like it. Stay away! All false hope with this company
