Where do I even begin, there are a lot of pros. Supportive HR and Long-Term Employees: I cannot stress this enough but the HR team at ProMinent is super responsive and supportive, always quick to answer questions. They were answering all my emails during my process within 10 min. Welcoming Environment: They have a friendly and inclusive vibe. On my first day, I was 10 min before and just in this 10 minutes several people in reception introduced themselves and offered help and they didn't even know me. Culture of Collaboration: Collaboration is huge. There are many opportunities to work with different teams and different countries to share ideas, which keeps things innovative and fun. Competitive Benefits: ProMinent offers solid benefits and a competitive salary. I was pleasantly surprised to get vacation days right off the bat. Work-Life Balance: They really care about work-life balance. They have flexible hours and supportive policies so you can manage your schedule and handle unexpected stuff without stressing. Professional Development: The training and development opportunities here are top-notch. They've set me up with tailored training that's been spot-on for my role, plus they support ongoing learning with courses and workshops. Community and Team Events: ProMinent organizes lots of cool events that bring the team together. From community days to team-building activities. Extra: I never ever take time to actually write a review but my process and experience with this company make me want to spread the word on how great they are.

To be honest I cannot think of any cons other than that my hiring process took longer than expected due to background checks. My case was a little bit more complicated because I'm an international employee, so they had to pull records from the country that I'm from, so actually this WAS NOT ON THE COMPANY'S CONTROL. Throughout the process though I was impressed by HR team with their clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way.
