Vantaggi
New leadership and a bit of restructuring has injected a bit of energy into the company as a whole, something that was sorely needed. New hires and new processes being created to make the company more forward and progressive, as well as more attractive to new verticals and markets. Most of the leadership (President, COO, Directors) are extremely intelligent and dedicated to ProPay. New, innovative ideas are truly appreciated.
Svantaggi
Processes are terrible and nobody takes ownership for projects, ultimately hurting client relationships. There's a culture of buck-passing which goes from Sales to Account Mgmt to IT to Product to Tech Ops...it is really a disease within the company. Attitudes and egos of some of the longer-tenured employees shows a culture that has left many in the company feeling jaded. Their negativity is noticeably contagious as new hires lose their fire and drive after only a few months working around them. Also, most departments have little or no room for upward movement.
