Very kind and understanding staff. The employees and management at Proplate are the best it's been in the 6 years that I've been employed here. It is a small business and although it is a job with demands and expectations, it is also like family. You have the ability to find your strengths in the position you are seeking, and excel with a great, encouraging team behind you. There is the opportunity for cross-training to expand your resume, and challenging projects that will keep you interested and engaged. If you're interested in a job with a wide variety of projects, opportunities, and great work environment, Proplate is a great place.

Wages are often based more on your educational background and college degrees rather than experience in a particular field or talent. While this is expected and a norm in the real world, it can be a con for some.
