Great atmosphere, culture. Fun people who are engaging and assist each other. The company is making great changes and are truly for their employees. There will always be people who who will never find the good, no matter what efforts are made. You cannot please everyone.

No 401K plan in place.

Overall, PS has a positive, upbeat environment with friendly, optimistic people. The pay is good and the dental & vision benefits are great. From the CEO to the seasonal agent, these people project the enthusiasm consistent with the ProService culture and core values. Improvement is rewarded; most goals (example: AHT, QM) are attainable and specific.

The medical insurance has a very high yearly deductible; for example, I am still paying for the non-covered portion of a 2015 medical bill. There are pockets of people who are "clique-y" as well as a small portion of full-time and seasonal employees who cannot seem to embrace the optimistic culture. These groups tend to gossip and exclude "outsiders" (new employees and people from other departments, for example)
