Late work is very much dependant on someone's performance. We are result-based company and with that comes freedom and responsibilities. We are not a good place for clock watchers. We are glad that you have made the choice to find something more fitting. We have been experiencing major growth even during COVID-19 and provided generous increments to deserving employees that met their KPIs. Poor offer, they don't even consider giving benefits to the employees. And it doesn't matter how long you've been working in the company. Work is all they want you for.

Fire Policy during increment time

We are not sure where this is coming from. We don't have a profile that matches this description. We also don't fire people during increment time. We actually provided increments during COVID-19 when many companies laid people off or reduced salaries. If this was an authentic review, and this person decided to leave, that is their choice. We do our very best to compensate our team with competitive salaries and benefits. Please be objective and factual. We are happy to hear from you and learn more. Good luck to whoever left this review. We highly doubt this is real.
