Some people here are decent and respectful humans.

Majority of people here have severe job security anxiety. If your percieved as a threat to some of the people here in regards to performance and career trajectory, you will get literally poisoned and they will violate human rights, prepare to get a lawyer. They're blacklisted by many local suppliers and have a bad reputation amongst the local area. Company culture and unethical behaviour will restrict the growth they're attempting to achieve.

Some okay projects and a few team members are reasonable to work with.

Completely dis-honest organization, abusing their abilities to get ahead in the industry. Work here if you have no-choice but move-on otherwise, you may get cancer working here.
